To create an exhibit for an online exhibition based on climate data.
Using data on sea-level change, acrylic strips are cut to lengths corresponding to the recorded rise for each year and suspended in a flowing formation that echoes the movement of ocean waves. By converting abstract climate data into a tangible environment, The Silent Surge encourages viewers to physically and emotionally engage with the reality of climate change, prompting reflection and conversation around its accelerating impact.
